A Built-In Wardrobe That Uses Every Inch Of Your Room
Bedrooms in Malaysian homes are rarely a clean rectangle — there is a beam somewhere, an air-conditioner box in the corner, a ceiling that is not quite level end to end. A custom built-in wardrobe is cut to follow all of it, so nothing is wasted above it or beside it. A flat-pack wardrobe off a shop floor cannot do that.
We design around what you actually own: how much long hanging you need versus short, how many drawers, space for bags, space for luggage, a section that stays out of daily reach. All of it is settled in the 3D design before anything is cut — and the design is free.

Sliding, Swing or Walk-In — Which One Suits Your Room
Most of the big decisions about a wardrobe get made here: what kind of door it has, what sits inside it, and how far up the wall it goes.
- Sliding-door wardrobe The doors never swing into the room, so no floor space is lost to them. The usual choice when the bed sits close to the wardrobe or the bedroom is small.
- Swing-door wardrobe Gives you the full interior in one opening, and the hardware costs a little less than a sliding system.
- Walk-in wardrobe A separate dressing area with open shelving. It needs more floor area, but everything is reachable and far easier to keep organised.
- Taken up to the ceiling The gap above a wardrobe usually just collects dust. Carried up to the ceiling it becomes real storage for luggage and seasonal things.
- Interior laid out around your things Long and short hanging, drawers, glass shelves, bag and accessory sections — decided from what you actually keep, not a standard module.

How Is A Custom Wardrobe Priced?
We do not publish a fixed price here, because a custom wardrobe is quoted per running foot against your actual room rather than sold as a package. These are the four things that move the number:
- Wardrobe length & height Measured per running foot. A wardrobe carried up to the ceiling costs more than a standard height.
- Door type Swing, sliding, or an open-concept walk-in — each carries different hardware and different cost.
- Interior layout Number of drawers, hanging sections, glass shelves, bag storage and internal accessories.
- Material & finish Moisture-resistant plywood, melamine, laminate, mirror or glass — all price differently.

How much does a custom built-in wardrobe cost?
Built-in wardrobes are quoted per running foot, so the price depends on the length and height of the wardrobe, the door type, the interior layout and the materials. That is why there is no single figure on this page — an accurate number only exists after a real measurement. Send us photos or the dimensions of your room on WhatsApp and we will come back with an estimate, or we will come and measure and give you a fully itemised quote at no cost.
What is the difference between a built-in and a walk-in wardrobe?
A built-in wardrobe is fitted flush against a wall of the bedroom and closes with swing or sliding doors. A walk-in wardrobe is a separate dressing area you step into, usually with open shelving instead of doors. Walk-in needs more floor area; built-in is the practical choice for most Malaysian bedrooms. We can show you both in the 3D design before you decide.
Sliding doors or swing doors — which is better?
Sliding doors save space because they never open into the room, which suits a small bedroom or one where the bed sits close to the wardrobe. Swing doors give you access to the full interior in one opening and usually cost a little less. We will recommend one once we have seen the size and layout of your room.
Can the wardrobe go all the way up to the ceiling?
Yes, and it is one of the most worthwhile things you can do with the space. The top section usually becomes storage for luggage and seasonal items, behind the same doors so the line stays clean. We measure the real ceiling height at several points, because ceilings are rarely perfectly level.
Can you build around a beam or an air-conditioner box?
Yes, and it is the main reason people choose custom in the first place. We measure every beam, air-conditioner box and uneven ceiling height, then design the wardrobe to sit tight against the real shape of the room — no wasted pockets and no gaps down the side.
How long does it take from order to installation?
Usually three to six weeks from the day the design is confirmed and the deposit is paid, depending on the size of the project and the materials. The actual dates go into your quotation rather than being left as a vague estimate.
